...everywhere you look around here! What a crazy busy weekend - I don't know what it is about me, it never fails - give me a three-day weekend to do whatever I want, and I will invariably plan to do three times more than what can feasibly be done in that time! But, I did get the fall decorations packed away, the Christmas decorations up and the tree decorated - I love how it transforms the house and really gets us in the spirit.
Jerod plans to put up the lights outside the house today; meanwhile, I managed to make another dent in the Christmas shopping yesterday - this upcoming trip to DC and then Portland will take me out of town from Dec 7th through the 16th, and it's got me more than a little anxious to have all of my Christmas preparations complete before I leave.
So the long weekend winds down... Today finds me working on Christmas cards, gift tags and my December assignments for the Shoppe, and trying to clean up all the glitter as I go... so far, that part has been less than successful. Jerod said he found glitter in the pan he used to cook his bacon this morning. A little pink glitter never hurt anyone, right?
